I used to work with Winston a few years ago and always enjoyed working with him. When we got there, we realized that even though it didn't have some of our wants, it did fulfil all of our needs. He then used his great negotiation skills and was able to get the seller to not only agree to a price point that was almost 12K lower than their asking price, but they also made about 10K in repairs to the house as well as some seller's credit. I'm honestly a little sad that our buying process is over, but if we ever decide to move again, he would be my first call.
