Leslie helped us from the beginning, coming up with the right strategy to sell our home and looking for the perfect home for us, even ones that were not on the market! She has been in the industry for so long that mortgage brokers and other agents know her and she works well with everybody, which gave us an edge. She was able to connect us with the right home inspectors, designers to stage our home, etc. and she helped coordinate the whole process from beginning to end so we were always in control and aware of next steps. In the end, we sold our home for more than we thought possible, and bought a perfect home for us that checked all of our boxes for a price well within our budget. Selling a house has many days where buyer / broker feedback is vague and often disjointed which can be very frustrating for sellers ... Leslie interprets the feedback and presents such in a fact based, no nonsense, understandable manner. Leslie earned our respect by doing what she say ... like trying her absolute "Best" to personally being at every showing ... and she did do it ! Her business experience and construction awareness were important to us as our tear-down & custom build construction home for sale featured many upgrades, high efficiency mechcanicals, and archrtectural design benefits. Connie was professional, friendly and approachable. Her communication style probably would be a good fit for someone that isn't me, I'm not a fan of niceties, or small talk, or fluff and she was great at those things. I definitely am far more analytical, a fan of structure, lists, and close to exact timelines (especially while working in an area I am not familiar with), while those things were not always written out in a way I could always follow (potentially a me problem), we did meet the desired deadlines. In the way of finding a home, Zillow or most real estate websites were able to show us the same listings she did, however when we did express a strong interest in something, most of the time she was able to get us in the door ASAP and flag things we might not have known to look for. As for the rest of everything else, negotiations and what not she did well and was able to get our largest concerns or 'asks' taken care of. I'm unsure if things could have gone better, I have no other frame of reference, but they definitely could have been a lot worse. - Sincerely someone who hates all things shopping related and never wants to shop for a house of all things ever again, this is the equivalent of asking a cat to review its owner right after its last bath. All things considered she did well.
