In my 17+ years of experience as an Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker Professionals, I have not worked with a more dedicated, professional, organized, personable agent then Nicole. She worked tirelessly for her buyer to close this deal. With overwhelming odds she persevered and communicated to help her buyer cross the finish line. I was selling my house by owner. Nicole had a buyer and I agreed to the offer. Unfortunately, the buyer had a financial issue late in the process. Nicole convinced me to list with her, telling me that she should not have a problem selling my house quickly. True to her word, after listing it, I accepted an offer within a week. She has gained my trust, and I look forward to using her again.
