Connie helped my wife and I purchase our home through Thomsen homes. She walked us through the process answering all our questions and ensuring everything worked out alright. When we decided to sell our home she again helped us. She found a buyer, ensured the sale price was as close to our desired price as possible, and once again answered any questions we had. Jodi was exactly what I was looking for in a realtor. She prepared for selling my home. She asked a lot of questions during the initial tour. She impressed me because she asked about materials ie tile, countertop, wainscotting etc. She then didn't give me an estimate for asking price at that meeting. She went home and did her homework and compared what she had seen with actual comparable in my neighborhood. Because of this, I felt she would best represent my home for sale. The follow up process was much the same. The home sold quickly. Home inspection found a need to mitigate radon and Jodi was quick to suggest companies that are effective and reasonable and then made the arrangements for radon removal. The entire process from beginning to end was efficient, professional, & I feel she did what she could to make the process of selling my home as effortless & stress-free as possible.
