I made several unsuccessful bids for houses with competitive (often over asking price) offers. Basil has a knack for knowing a home's true value based on construction quality, age, location, etc. We just ended up being outbid by 10K+ even after being above asking price. Throughout the process, Basil regularly checked in with me, sent me listings to look at and kept his ear to the ground on potential upcoming listings. He was a pleasure to work with, is a great realtor and person. He's easy to talk to and always willing to help however he can. I absolutely recommend working with him whether buying or selling.
