Brad gave us advice on what to do and not to do before listing. Advise on what would add value and what would not etc. The whole experience was phenomenal. There aren't enough stars listed for me to rate his performance properly. We know Brad personally, but also got to know him even more through this process. I knew he was successful in this business, but now I have a why behind it. He works tirelessly to make sure every detail is taken care of all while making you feel like he is only working for you. She guided us through the open house process and facilitated communications with the future owner and eventually the inspection process with which items we should address and which were less important. Although the buyers were nit-picking at items throughout the rest of the process, her professional team guided us right up until the signing when the buyers were still making requests.
