Professional, great communicators

Our agent was instrumental in offering her suggestions for preparing our home for pictures and open house and viewing. She guided us through the open house process and facilitated communications with the future owner and eventually the inspection process with which items we should address and which were less important. Although the buyers were nit-picking at items throughout the rest of the process, her professional team guided us right up until the signing when the buyers were still making requests.
