Selling my home at 3905 Old Creek Crt. was one of the most emotional decisions I’ve ever had to make. It came at a time when I had just lost my Father, and I was torn between keeping the house or selling. My heart was heavy with grief and the absence of my Father made everything harder. Then Janice, Maya, Terri, Gina entered my life and everything changed. They approached the situation with compassion, professionalism and genuine care.Makings the process feel natural and manageable. They relieved my stress and anxiety and I truly felt supported every step of the way!! Thank for you thoughtfulness! I won’t Forget You!!

I needed to sell a house that required quite a bit of repair prior to listing. Janice and her team came highly recommended from friends, so I reached out. The team was helpful in procuring subcontractors to fix the problems and perform necessary repairs in order to get the most money for my sale. They followed up timely, and acted as project managers to insure that all of the work was handled in a timely and cost efficient manner. They also staged the home to maximize its appeal, and the house sold for asking price within 1 week. I truly appreciate the level of professionalism, organization and care they provided during this transition.
