Sale of the home I loved...

My home was a never ending project, but I had run out of projects! Completely renovated, Diana assured me that she could sell it for top price and listed it well above what many believed it would sell for. Within two days I had multiple offers. Amazingly it appraised above her estimate, proving that she did her due diligence when setting the sell price. Though there were hiccups during closing that were no fault of Diana, she stayed on top of things and kept the ball rolling all the way to the closing date and afterward, when there were issues with taxes on the home. She remained involved to ensure everything was finalized. Great job!
