Jennifer's deep knowledge of the area and her previous experience in the building industry were very helpful to us as we navigated purchasing a home from a completely different region of the country. We relied on and trusted her judgement on various topics (ex. Road traffic, private well, deck materials, property maintenance, types of trees) which helped educate us to a level where we could confidently choose the property that was right for us. Jennifer supported us as we neared the closing date by checking on the house after a winter storm, by meeting inspectors at the house to grant access, and by arranging the surveyor and chimney experts. She was very adept at tailoring the discussion to our budget, meaning she is aware of and certainly could have recommended extravagant updates, but she instead made suggestions that aligned with our intentions. Jennifer is also passionate about the French Horn, the orchestra, the arts and supporting the community. This resonated with me and my husband.
