I have worked with many real estate agents over the years and have never worked with somebody as professional, organized and kind as this wonderful woman. As we were out of state buyers, we needed somebody who could be our eyes so to speak. And Melanie was just that! Once we found our home, the transaction was not easy as there were quite a few issues after the inspection. Melanie is a great intermediary, and we truly were very happy that by working with the sellers agent got all of our issues resolved in a timely manner. When we arrived in town, (my husband had never seen the home) Melanie made sure that we became familiar with the area so we would feel right at home. She is the best of the best. If she didn't immediately respond to my calls, she would call back very shortly after no matter what she was doing! Anyone who has Melanie as thier Real Estate Agent can rest assured that she will get the job done with very limited stress to you and your family!

Kelly Shuler deserves 10 stars. Kelly was informative about everything we needed to know from the beginning to the end. She is very thorough and professional with a great deal of kindness. She made herself available anytime we had a question or concern, and never made us feel like we were bothering her. She answered questions about every aspect involved in the selling of our home. Kelly has a great deal of knowledge about real estate and how it works. We always knew we were in good and wise hands with her. She gave tips and advise on situations that we had no idea how to handle. Yet, she never told us what to do or what to decide, instead she gave us HONEST information that helped us make our own decisions. Kelly sold our house in a very short time, at a price we were happy with. Kelly was great through out this whole process, and we thank God we found her.
