We can’t say enough great things about working with Kit! She was an incredible partner before, during, and even after our home-buying process. From day one, she brought an unmatched level of market knowledge that helped us make confident, informed decisions. She was able to find us the right home that was perfect for our growing family. Kit has a sixth sense when it comes to evaluating homes, and notices things we would’ve overlooked and gave us honest, thoughtful input every step of the way. Even better is her ability to navigate tricky negotiations and advocate for you at the closing table. Simply put, she’s an clear expert in her field. We felt supported, educated, and empowered throughout the entire process. If you’re buying a home, you absolutely want Kit in your corner.

As first time homebuyers, Kit exceeded our expectations in a realtor! Right off the bat, we loved her communication skills and flexibility to meet with us. Her knowledge of the market and in investing was extremely helpful and we always felt she had our best interest in mind. We could not recommend her enough and can’t wait for our next home buying experience with her!

Working with Amy was absolutely fantastic. It's clear that Amy has been doing this for a long time and cares about those she represents as a realtor. We planned a trip a few months in advance to North Carolina to see homes. As soon as we arrived on new years day, she was taking us around to see homes. Each day spent with her was meticulously planned out and we were able to see a wide range of homes based on our budget. When it came time to purchase one of the homes, she was knowledgeable and let us know the next steps to take any time we had a question. She was also on our side and willing to negotiate just about anything we wanted with the sellers. With Amy, not only do you get a professional who does things right, but you also get someone with infectious laughter and a clear passion for connecting people to what could be their forever home. I cannot recommend her enough! We really felt like we were taken care of.

I could not recommend Amy more to others, especially first time home buyers! Amy came so prepared to every meeting - she knew all the right questions to ask us, as well as the selling agents. She is responsive, observant, knowledgeable, adaptable, and professional, but most of all she is a pleasure to be around. As first time homebuyers, we felt pretty clueless, but she was happy to stop to answer questions or even ask the questions she knew we had. Amy is kind, enthusiastic, and patient. We could not have had a more positive, stress-free (as it can be) experience buying a home & we owe that to Amy!

My husband and my experience with Amy was nothing short of phenomenal. She was always there to communicate with us, walk us through a process, and answer any questions we had. We always felt like we had her full attention and she kept our best interests in mind. We’re referring Amy and Phillip to everyone we know in the market or thinking about buying or selling.
