My wife and I were highly pleased with all of Teresa’s assistance and service in selecting and buying a home in 2009 and in selling the same home in 2014. (Repeat business speaks for itself!) We made 4 or 5 trips from Indiana to North Carolina throughout 2009 for house-hunting with Teresa. We gave her a challenging set of “wants”, which included a pool and RV parking. She listened very well, was patient with us throughout our long search, and we eventually found the home we wanted. Fast forward 5 years when we decided to sell our NC home and move to Florida, and we unquestionably wanted Teresa again as our realtor. In both sales Teresa gave us excellent advice, especially in the negotiations, and communicated very well with us and all other parties. She was truly a “full service” realtor, and we sensed that Teresa had a genuine personal care and concern for our finding the right home and, later, for our selling it. As a bonus, we became friends and have stayed in touch.
