Anthony Swain helped me purchase an investment property and exceeded all expectations. He was diligent, highly professional, and stayed on top of every detail—from finding multiple contractors to handling tough negotiations that secured me price reductions I didn’t even realize were possible. Even as we became friends through the process, he always maintained professionalism and fought on my behalf when it mattered most. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent and would recommend him to anyone looking for someone who truly goes the extra mile.

We worked with Anthony on both the purchase and sale of an investment property and he did an amazing job start to finish. He was always proactive, made sure he stayed in contact during the entire process, and continued to drop by to check progress and have input. As an investor, he was really great to work with, from securing the property at the start to selling and closing at the end. I’d highly recommend him.

We recently purchased a property with Anthony and had a great experience. As investors he took the time to understand what we were looking for. He found a great deal for us, which we purchased from out of the state after he’d walked through it. He’s always very responsive and of great help so I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
