She couldn't be happier, and I honestly don't think it would have turned out so well if it weren't for Peggy. She included me in every email so that I was aware of everything that was transpiring. She sat and listened to my mom's thoughts and feelings when that certainly wasn't part of her job. There's a reason why Peggy Peterson is tops in her field.
