I can't say enough good things about Frances Dawson! Her deep knowledge of the local real estate marker was evident from day one. She guided us through every step of the buying process with patience and expertise. Frances was always prepared and willing to go the extra mile! I highly recommend Frances Dawson to anyone looking for a savvy, reliable, and truly informed real estate professional!

Frances is fantastic! She made my first time home purchase a breeze. She was always available to take my calls and answer any questions I had. She was very knowledgeable about different issues to look for in a house and she pointed out things I never would have known or thought about. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Rikki was very helpful and did above what would be expected for selling the estate house/property. Not only that, Rikki was experiencing a very, very difficult circumstance in her life at the time. There is no doubt should I ever need to buy a house in NC or SC that Rikki would be my choice to be my realtor.

She was awesome, knowledgeable and willing to help passionate about her work.

We asked Rikki to help us both locate a new home and to sell the one we were currently in. She worked very hard for us, and negotiated both great buying and selling prices. We showed our home 13 times in 2 days and sold over asking in that time. We had our eye on another property in the neighborhood to purchase and she negotiated a great price for that property, as well. We are greatly appreciative of all her hard work to make both transactions as simple and easy as possible. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great agent that is dedicated to delivering satisfaction in either buying or selling their home.

She's very knowledgeable, very understanding and patient, what made her different than most is her willingness to go above and beyond and understanding my needs as a buyer. As an out state buyer, not been able to see a property that I was interested, she was able to go see on my behalf and showed it through a live video ,witch I'm now the owner and happy.

From the beginning to the end, Rachel was there to guide me. She listened to me as I threw her multiple curve balls along the way. She is very knowledgeable of the market and was responsive to all the parameters I was looking for. Her insight into construction and neighborhoods helped me navigate the area. She took the time to get to know me. I would recommend Rachel to anyone looking for a home.
