From start to finish Octavia has been simply amazing! Being a first time homebuyer, there were many times where questions/concerns came up and Octavia was always just a quick email/call/text away! She kept me in the loop constantly with communications with the seller, builder, lender as well as the closing attorney. She ensured I always had say-so in ALL decisions! Having such a knowledge and personable realtor on my side was such a blessing and always kept me calm. I thank you SO SO MUCH Octavia for your guidance, diligence, and overall dedication to making my dream of being a homeowner come true!!!!
