Sandy was the second realtor we listed our house with. The difference was amazing. Her knowledge and experience is very apparent. Communication was important for us because we had moved before the sale. This is definitely just one of her strong points. There was an unusual problem at closing that neither Sandy are our closing attorney had dealt with before, but she (not the attorneys ) navigated through it and saved us a lot of extra stress. She is also lots of fun !!!!
