Wendy was always available and we truly felt she had our best interests at heart. She returned calls, texts and emails promptly. We were out of town buyers and felt comfortable with her assessments. She handled everything for us. We will use her again.

Wendy helped us move across the country! She was super responsive and very easy to work with remotely and in person. Can't say enough good things about our interactions!

New to the area we decided to spend a weekend in June checking out open houses. Throughout the weekend we met a lot of agents, but it was Katie who truly listened to us when we said we were simply looking to get a feel for the area. Instead of trying to sell us on something Katie took the time to educate us about the area and even recommended neighborhoods for us to check out. 3 months later when it was time to start our house hunting journey we reached out to Katie, who once again listened to our needs. Katie worked around our busy schedules and within 2 weeks we had an offer accepted! Unfortunately less than a week later Hurricane Helene tore through the area and the house got hit by a tree. This was uncharted territory for all of us and resulted in a 5+ month journey to close. There were times where Katie would have to be the bearer of bad news, but she ALWAYS came prepared with solutions. We always felt Katie had our backs, and it was proven time and time again. If you want an agent that is a cut above the rest, extremely knowledgeable, goes out of their way to ensure the process is as smooth as possible, professional but also someone you can laugh with along the way, do yourself a favor and connect with Katie Myers from Realty One Pivot Group - Hendersonville.

We cannot recommend Katie Myers highly enough! Buying a home from across the country seemed overwhelming, but Katie made the entire process smooth and stress-free. From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive and proactive, providing detailed virtual tours of homes and neighborhoods to help us make an informed decision. Her deep market knowledge was invaluable—not only did she help us find the perfect home, but she also negotiated a deal that gave us a great amount of equity right from the start, making our first home purchase even more rewarding. Katie kept everything on track, quickly resolving any issues that arose and ensuring we felt confident every step of the way. Thanks to her diligence, we arrived to find not just a house, but a home in a neighborhood we absolutely love—even more than we imagined. She went above and beyond by providing a personalized list of the best local spots, grocery stores, and community groups, making our transition even easier. If you’re looking to buy or rent in Asheville or the surrounding areas, Katie is the best realtor you could ask for. We are so grateful for her expertise and dedication!

Katie and her team have been so helpful in our search and purchase of property in the Asheville area. She's knowledgeable, goes above and beyond and has access to the best properties right as they become available. Invaluable resource. Would team with her again happily.
