We got in touch with Melissa once we were approved for a home loan. I didn't know what to expect, a little over a year ago we were in the market for a house, We ultimately got defeated by the market. ( I tend to spiral when I panic) she handled my personality with ease, and was always able to help me clear my mind and focus on the bigger picture. The day we found our dream home, I remember standing out side talking about the property, And hearing Melissa talk about all the things we could do and what our life here would be like, that really sold us. We put in an offer and she negotiated like a champ. Not only did she get the deal and closing date we wanted she also got us the cherry on top!! Fast forward to day of closing Melissa had everything planned out right down to the minute. closing was a breeze and completely painless. THE REAL QUESTION.. would we recommend Melissa?? 1000 times YES I've already told our friends and family about her. Point blank. Melissa is a rock star!! thank you!
