We met Colleen through her dropping off a flyer of one of her recent closings nearby. It highlighted pictures of the staging she did for the seller. The staging is included in their commission, rather than a separate fee. That checked off several things important to us in a seller's agent. First impression of the agent herself, since we would be working closely with her, and her staging ability was very favorable plus most importantly she knew the value of our particular location.
