I will never be able to fully express the appreciation I have to Stephanie for essentially being an epic hero in my house buying process. She made sure I was aware of potential disasters... like an old leak that was never repaired, uneven flooring that could signify a much bigger problem, roof lines that were not quite right, etc. To this day, over a year later, she has continued to be my ally.
