Coming from an ex-Realtor, Mrs. Arlene Dubose is the best Realtor I have ever worked with. Arlene stayed on top of my property purchase when I didn’t. She paid attention to details that I missed that would have cost me money. She reminded me of certain areas that will eventually make me money. Mrs. Arlene Dubose is my definition of what a true 5 Star Realtor truly is in this modern day and time.

This is my second time working with Paul and his wife Patti on a home purchase in the Winston-Salem area. They are great to work with. They stay on top of all of the aspects of your real estate transaction. They are excellent communicators throughout the process. I am looking forward to working with them again in the future!

We had to walk away from from 3 homes due to various reasons. But Paul and Patty were right there with us. Kept on showing and were always available. I would happily recommend to any family member or friend looking for a quality realtor.

Mary Kay was wonderful! She met with me on a Monday, made a few suggestions and gave me good information about what to list my home for based on the market. I decided to list with her on Wednesday night and emailed her. She called first thing Thursday morning and I asked her if she could have it listed on Friday. She got a photographer out on that day and listed the house on Friday!! I had a contract 6 days after listing! She handled everything for me and had excellent communications with me and the buyers realtor through everything. I would highly recommend her!

Having MaryKay has my realtor was the perfect one chosen. She makes you feel confident about the entire process. If I needed help on anything, she was a phone call away. I trusted in her capabilities. She is one of the best at what she does. Thank you Marykay

Mary Kay sold my house quickly and with a minimum of angst.
