I have to be honest, when I was thinking about selling my house, I wondered if it would be awkward using a friend as an agent or being strictly business and using someone else. And as a former real estate agent myself, I admit I over analyzed it, but in the end went with my gut and called Tom. Somehow, some way, we won the bid and everything fell into place and we had back to back closings. We are happy as two clams in our new home.😁😁
