For example, when one of my motorized blinds in a set of four failed, these ladies contacted the manufacturer, determined the replacement procedure, advised me that the manufacturer would replace all four blinds to ensure a color match (free of charge), and then supervised the installation of the blinds. This is just one of many "above and beyond" tasks these ladies performed to help me in the sale of my home. They guided me through every question and concern I had about the process. Impressively, they were also tough negotiators and were a great source of information and recommendations when offers came in. I never once thought they wanted to sell my house at a low price to quickly collect their commission and go to the next customer--an experience I have seen numerous times in my real estate practice as an attorney. We were moving from out of state, and had budgeted just 4 days to look at multiple properties. Jeremy became our main agent, taking us across two states. He did things for an out of state buyer that completely put us at ease and made the entire transition ridiculously easy.
