We were moving from out of state, and had budgeted just 4 days to look at multiple properties. Jeremy became our main agent, taking us across two states. On day 2 he noticed a new listing in a town we'd never mentioned, but he brought it up. It checked all the boxes, and we put an offer in that afternoon! Our trip was trimmed because of his diligence and hard work! But that wasn't all. After our offer was accepted, he kept on working. And working. And working. He did things for an out of state buyer that completely put us at ease and made the entire transition ridiculously easy. Even after we moved in, we called him about another potential business property, and he showed up to give us the complete run through, along with some incredibly valuable information about the properties and valuations in the area. What can I say? If you have need for a residential or commercial real estate agent, this is your man. Make sure he's on your shortlist of potentials.

Valen got involved, helped often in many aspects of the sale of the house. He took time during the first meeting to become familiar with the house and the family. He learned what was important. He was flexible in how much we wanted him to do, versus what he felt needed to be done. When asked, Valen took charge of letting people into the house to do what needed to be done to get the house ready for sale. His understanding of the local market allowed for setting a price point that was spot on. When offers came in, he was flexible in guiding the response and counters but firm in knowing what was reasonable. Through the entire process, Valen continued to work in a way that deepened our trust in him and in the process. We can't thank him enough for all that he did to facilitate the sale of the house and would stand ready to talk to anyone toward recommending him to represent in the sale of a home. We are appreciative of his representation, knowledge, kindnesses, hard work, communication, response time, and connections. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone and would sign on, in a minute, to future work on our behalf.

I will never be able to fully express the appreciation I have to Stephanie for essentially being an epic hero in my house buying process. I started out aggressive, touchy, stressed and frankly an all out pain in the butt. I was expecting a huge amount of turmoil in buying a home, as it was new and scary territory for me. She ensured it was as easy and smooth as humanly possible in every single way from start to finish. There was not a single step that I can point out and say was hard, because she was right there beside us making sure it was not. Stephanie worked with me and my family in a way that best worked for my crazy schedule. Stephanie knew our must-haves and would-likes down to a science and cut out any listings that would be wasteful to the time we had to see them. Stephanie also kept me firmly grounded. When I would ogle the frivolous, such as crown molding or the wood flooring, she kept it real. She made sure I was aware of potential disasters... like an old leak that was never repaired, uneven flooring that could signify a much bigger problem, roof lines that were not quite right, etc. To this day, over a year later, she has continued to be my ally. When I need a recommendation about a repair or service, she never hesitates to get back to me with a stellar suggestion. If I just have a random question, she is superfast to respond. I really could not be more grateful that she was the one selected for my first-time home-buying experience.
