My wife and I were living in Columbia, SC when we contacted Matt about the possibility of relocating to the Greenville area. At the time of our initial conversation we were months away from actually making any sort of move, but that didn't stop Matt from starting his work for us. My wife was originally from the Greenville area and I am from Spartanburg, but as we have been in the midlands for a few years we weren't sure where we wanted to be. Matt worked with us very early on to narrow down what we were looking for and kept in contact with us along the way, as our advocate and not as a "salesman". He sent us properties, took our feedback, and sent more. When we were finally ready to start looking at properties, Matt made himself available at our convenience, and was very patient in taking us on showings, explaining all of the pros and cons and keeping our best interest in mind. Overall, he made our home buying experience stress free and gave us knowledge and confidence. Matt has a client for life with us!

After almost a year of searching and failed offers, the perfect property came up that was listed by Jason. He took my call and immediately got me in to see the house. After I was in love with the property he guided me through the offer process and helped me get closer to obtaining my goal of owning a home. Not only is Jason an extremely down to earth nice guy, he has fantastic communication skills. Any question I had, Jason was right there with an immediate response answering anything I needed to know, and I had a lot of questions! Jason was also extremely up front and transparent with all contracts, so I always knew what I was signing. Even after we closed on our home, Jason frequently called to check in and see how things were going at the new house. I can’t thank him enough!!! 10/10 recommend!!!
