I took a chance on Ted as I did not know anyone...
I took a chance on Ted as I did not know anyone who had used him as an agent. What I got was nothing short of a wonderful, quick (two weeks on the market!) and efficient selling experience. Ted is first of all honest. He's knowledgeable about real estate in general as well as in the area. Because of his experience, he is able to explain the market, options, and details; and eloquently offers guidance. I highly recommend him to anyone who is selling or buying, regardless of your price range.
