We could not be happier with Dawn! We moved from California to retire and we're looking for the place to call our last. Dawn was patient, helpful, knowledgeable, hilarious....all the things that made shopping for a home easy and fun. We would, and have, recomended her and will continue to do so!

In general I thought the experience was ok. At times I wished that there was a bit more fire/hunger in an attempt to sell the home. There should have been more of an engagement with the market and the needs of potential buyers. Moreover at times it seems as if the agent did not know what to do next. So I am very happy that the agent brought on other agents, Kim and Theresa who were godsend. They got it done in less than 3 weeks. The virtual tour was not enough, a video and social media was the key to reach people. But in the end I had to go with my gut after we received a low ball offer. I am glad I did.
