She was able to get me the best price due to that knowledge, her extensive research into that area of Asheville, and her incredible negotiation skills! I was amazed at how she communicated with me every day, to up date me on what was going on, or just to check on me during my packing and sadness in moving out of a place that had been in my family for 66 years!
