Worked with her for over a year to find the exact property I was looking for in the Jackson county area . She was more than willing to take time to explore properties that I found thar we not her company's listing...I was in Ohio and she was acting as my eyes in NC. I ACTUALLY TENDERED AN OFFER ON THE PROPERTY I FINALLY PURCHASED WITHOUT SEEING IT BASED ON HER INPUT !! I would, and have, recommended her to customers at my own business
