When I also purchased through her, she had all of her inspectors lined up asap so that I had all of my inspections and survey done within five days of my inspections window so that the unknowns didn't have to drag on for weeks. When we found issues, she helped me negotiate quite a bit off the price and had the documents signed within an hour to seal the deal on the price reduction. She always answered her phone and always got back to me quickly. I have more property to sell and buy, and I will only use Teresa.
