I know alot of realtors in Paducah and Jennifer Smith stood out amongst all of them. We decided to go with Jennifer Smith, she helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price for our family. She was patient with us as we took time to look at homes over several months. In short, she was always on our side working to make our home buying experience as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Jennifer was that she was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than she was on closing a deal. My husband and I decided to list our home in a popular Mooresville subdivision to move to an older home. We stumbled upon Josh when inquiring about a property. After all that he then introduced us to a great finance company, met with the lawyers with us, and handled everything from start to finish. We very highly recommend Josh Tucker. He made us feel like we were more than just a business transaction. He really cared about helping us out.
