My husband and I decided to list our home in a popular Mooresville subdivision to move to an older home. We stumbled upon Josh when inquiring about a property. He agreed to take on selling our home and finding us a new one. We could not have been more lucky!!! Josh was wonderful and very very patient when dealing with us. We have never sold a home before and he talked us through the whole process and answered all of my neurotic questions. He made the whole process very easy. He brought in professional stagers and photographers to market the house and we had a fantastic offer within 4 days of the house being listed!! If it wasn't for the extra help from the stager and photographer I don't know if our house would have sold so quickly. After our house was under contract Josh worked with us to find another one. Every time we called and asked about a house he set up a showing immediately. He was willing to work odd hours and he showed us the same home 3 times without complaint. We eventually put an offer in on that house and Josh helped us negotiate a very nice price. After all that he then introduced us to a great finance company, met with the lawyers with us, and handled everything from start to finish. We very highly recommend Josh Tucker. He made us feel like we were more than just a business transaction. He really cared about helping us out.
