First, she pays attention to detail once she understands the type of house and neighborhood you want to purchase. She is very consistent with sharing relevant listings, make suggestions and does not hesitate to give honest critiques after showings. Second, Qulia is very patient, persistent and flexible! she works around your schedule and will keep showing you houses as long as you are available. Third- she is always punctual and efficient. She was always at the showings before we arrived. This made us see more houses within short time. Lastly, Qulia is considerate! I have worked with realtors before who were only interested in selling fast and getting their sale %. She waits and show houses till you decide on what you want. Infact Qulia bought home insurance out of pocket to protect our house first few months. Qulia Brunson is my first choice in Charlotte if I was to purchase a home again. One realtor very different from the crowd!

Vito was extremely easy to work with. I really didn't think a realtor would be interested in listing undeveloped land in this price range and was surprised to see him put in so much effort. I had a transferred sewer tap fee certificate that was ancient and I assumed worthless. I was pleasantly surprised when he put in the work needed to redeem the certificate, saving me big $$. Super nice guy that is very knowledgeable. Best realtor I have ever worked with and at 61 I have been through several.

Karen was available to us thru the entire process and beyond. She was always willing to intervene to help us resolve issues. She even helped after the closing when we had an issue. She was a great resource and really looked out for our interests!
