Casey did an excellent job with selling a home that we had inherited. It was unfortunately not taken care of as rental property under our executors care. She got us the individuals that we needed and helped navigate the process along the way. She even helped with some of the deflecting of some unnecessary family input that all families experience when selling an heirloom. The buyer we had as well was a little tough but Casey didn't back down when meaningless demands were made.

Casey was great to work with. Her professional expertise enabled us to sell our home in less than a week. She was accurate in her pricing, made great suggestions for preparing our property before it went on the market and did it justice in her pictures! She also gave professional advise in determining what was in our best interest in deciding on contract issues. Awesome Realtor and highly recommended!
