I had a flawless experience working with Joe Chamberlain and Mountain Scape Realty. Joe was able to quickly find me a piece of land in a tough market. He kept me up to date with daily phone calls, and after working with many realtors in the past, I can truly say that Joe had my best interest in mind and still does. I still receive calls from him just checking in and making sure I don’t need anything. Joe knows the area/town extremely well, and anytime there were questions that needed answering he was able to get them very quickly. Truly, it was a great experience. Ashley was absolutely incredible to work with. She was always quick to respond, professional, knowledgeable, the list goes on. She assisted us in purchasing our first home and any time I had questions about the process that I didn’t understand, she never made me feel stupid for it. She broke everything down, explained it very thoroughly, and was always so kind. With each house we viewed, she never pushed us onto anything we weren’t interested in. She really valued what we were looking for. There were a couple of homes we looked at and after seeing our faces or something she didn’t even like, she was willing to move onto the next one. She was very professional and negotiated very well. If she didn’t have an answer right away, she always made sure we had an answer in less than 24 hours. You can tell she is in this job because she loves it and values helping others find a home that suits their needs. I truly cannot praise her enough. She has made this process worth every bit of stress. Beyond grateful we received her recommendation and I will forever give her contact information to anyone searching for a realtor.
