Ashley was absolutely incredible to work with. She was always quick to respond, professional, knowledgeable, the list goes on. She assisted us in purchasing our first home and any time I had questions about the process that I didn’t understand, she never made me feel stupid for it. She broke everything down, explained it very thoroughly, and was always so kind. With each house we viewed, she never pushed us onto anything we weren’t interested in. She really valued what we were looking for. There were a couple of homes we looked at and after seeing our faces or something she didn’t even like, she was willing to move onto the next one. She was very professional and negotiated very well. If she didn’t have an answer right away, she always made sure we had an answer in less than 24 hours. You can tell she is in this job because she loves it and values helping others find a home that suits their needs. I truly cannot praise her enough.
