Many thanks to Katy for selling our house in 1 day. Without her guidance and suggestions we may still be listed. She suggested early on that we do some touchups, hire a handyman for a few things and hire a professional stager. At first I was reluctant because of the out of pocket expenses. Well in fact after we were under contract with 8 showings day 1, she was told the staging, the advertising, and pre-inspection work is what helped sell in 24 hours. Want your house sold you best call her. Thanks Katy for your hard work, professionalism, all your help getting us ready, and for always being available.

So helpful and easy to work with! Really looked out for us!

Michelle is a very hard worker and very detail oriented. I would recommend her to anybody buying or selling real estate in the high country.
