We contacted Stephen a few days after the largest snow storm in the area in more than 20 years and asked him to meet us at the property we wanted to see. Wouldn't you know it was misting rain and there was still over 12 inches of snow in the subject property yard - very messy weather. We toured the home, noting some things we liked and others we had concerns with. We were not experienced in all the home characteristics nor items we might need to know when moving from low country to the mountains. Stephen was very responsive in getting answers to our questions and noting some things we might not have thought to question. We subsequently made an offer and reached a contract acceptable to both the sellers and us, the buyers. He was extremely helpful in locating local sources for mortgage, hazard insurance, and was very responsive to other questions we had.
