Marc's level of innate professionalism, knowledge, fortitude and extensive contacts/resources were the magic that made this deal happen in a wild wild west scenario. Above and beyond, even after the property closed, is what Marc Childers is all about. I am already considering purchasing additional properties only because I know I have Marc at my side.
