Our story starts about the first of March. Our son ask if had thought about moving closer to him in Asheville NC. All Of a sudden this lady walked into our lives. and began a process of getting the paperwork and many item in order to sell a house. Her ability to get the job done was unprecedented n my opinion. There were many things to talk about and Fran always made herself available sometimes at evening hours. She was always just a phone call away. After going on the market offers began to roll in and Fran laid them out for us and made the decision making it a little easier. Our final offer was from a young couple that fell in love with our house. After Fran laid all the bids out and we discussed pros and cons our decision was easier to make because of the work Fran put into getting us to the final choice. Decision made closing upon us and the final check was in the mail.
