Having been through more than 17 real estate deals in three states in the past 20 years, I feel qualified to provide a candid review having seen the good, the bad and the really ugly. Marc's level of innate professionalism, knowledge, fortitude and extensive contacts/resources were the magic that made this deal happen in a wild wild west scenario. Above and beyond, even after the property closed, is what Marc Childers is all about. I am already considering purchasing additional properties only because I know I have Marc at my side.
