Michelle mapped out the selections to be most efficient, and as she listened to our feedback during the showings, was able to modify our path to exclude houses that wouldn't be our style and include others that could be a good fit. She was responsive and communicated via phone, text and email -whichever was the most efficient. It was a smooth process beginning to end, and all questions I had, she addressed in a quick fashion - if she didn't know immediately, she would quickly find out. She was professional, yet personable and a true pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend.
