Gary Foote has been fantastic to have as our realtor. He was very patient with us as we changed our minds frequently. Gary was always prompt with showing us homes whether by video or in person when we were in the area. Ultimately, Gary worked very hard to help us find the home of our dreams!

On Tuesday June 18,2024 me and my fiancée closed on our first home. It started off pretty rocky in the very beginning as we had multiple realtors fall through on us. I was told to contact Elliot as he is a good friend and coworker of my cousins. Not really knowing much about us the day I reached out to Elliot, he stepped in immediately and welcomed us with open arms to take on this journey with us. As stressful as it is buying a home, Elliot helped make our experience so much less stressful. No matter the time or day he was right there to answer any questions and to help ease any issues we may have come across. From multiple phone calls and text messages to just listening to me vent about whatever was stressing me out in that moment. I couldn’t ask for better person in our corner through all of this! Not only is he a phenomenal realtor but an ever better person. I think it’s safe to say we made a new friend! We got to know each other pretty well! Had some good laughs through it all and even some encouraging words! On closing day, Elliot went above and beyond his job duties in assisting on my proposal in our new home. He laid out the rose pedals and helped do the set up on top of making sure he caught every moment throughout the day on camera!!! Talk about amazing!! I could literally sit here and go on and on about how much dedication and commitment Elliot had to us this entire experience but I’ll wrap it up with if you don’t have Elliot Squires as your realtor you are doing it all wrong! With all of that being said, Elliot thank you! Thank you for stepping in last minute as our realtor and helping make this the most memorable experience! We’ll forever be indebted in you!
