On line site with great pictures showing our place to the max, advised on how we could improve the appearance, help open houses, took pictures with a drone to show how close we were to everything. The total presentation was fantastic and he updated us frequently on interest etc. Bottom line, we sold our condo in a month at 99% of asking price.
