His communication skills are excellent. He listens to our needs and what we expected from the sellers, and got what needed to be completed done. He was able to work with the seller’s agent and get us to our closing date. He is very knowledgeable of the area and is very kind and humble in his interactions with us. I would highly recommend Vance to anyone needing a realtor who is very responsive, reasonable, and understanding of what you as the client need or want.
