Tina was patient as I started my house searching more passively at the beginning of the year. I started looking more seriously in july and Tina was great to work with. Many things came up during due diligence on the property I chose and she ran down everything and was very helpful with her recommendations and setting up inspectors, the county, etc. I would have not been able to navigate this first time purchasing a house nearly this easily if Tina had not been in my corner of the ring.

Tina demonstrated strong and knowledgeable qualities selling in a very slow and highly competitive market. She is very good at following up with her clients and professional colleagues. Tina has excellent negotiation skills and she is truly passionate about her love for selling real estate. If you want to sell your property and close a deal then Tina is your agent. We have had a very good relationship with her for several years and she has delivered everytime we have called on her.

My experience with Tina as my realtor was nothing short of outstanding. She represented my every need, going above and beyond to look out for my best interests. Immediately responsive, a subject-matter expert on a variety of topics, vested in my success, impeccable integrity, and enjoyable to spend time with, Tina is the truly the best of the best. I would recommend her services to anyone without one hesitation.

Michael went over and above the scope of his job to assist us in selling our property. He worked hard assisting with clean up and used his knowledge again to help us find homes for items that needed to be removed. It was a good thing we had Michael to figure everything out!

Whenever I texted Michael with a question or concern he always got back to me in a timely manner.

Michael is an awesome realtor. He went way above and beyond and steered the way for a successful sale of my home!!
