Stupendous agent

We have been working with Steven Adams for about a year and a half. He has been extremely patient with us. When we were truly ready to actively house hunt, he sent us daily houses that were on the market. After looking at a few, he helped us narrow down what we wanted and the price point. He was very patient and helped us find the best place for us; even when we were not sure at first. The closing process was a little complicated but, in the end, it all worked out and we got a nice home. Steven also set us up with a great lawyer and mortgage company.

Got the deal done, painless.

The house we purchased my wife and I both liked the location and wanted. Eric went to work, made the offer and worked for us to get a good price. Eric followed through with questions we had and got back to us timely. We asked for a video of the home as we lived 900+ miles away from Myrtle Beach. When it came time to take over the Utilities, Eric provided the information as needed. This made the transition easier. If looking for a Home in the Myrtle Beach area highly suggest…. call Eric.
