Her negotiating skills are par exellance as well as her calm demeaner which was needed moving from a larger house to a smaller house. She was always there showing my house making sure all the lights were on and talking about positive things about the house. Being a retired realtor, I wanted someone who really cares and is knowledgeable about the whole process. She was the one. I'd highly recommend her.
