Donna Waller is a top agent in my book and I wold use her over and over and recommed her highly. She knows the market well and guided me through highs and lows during the move. Her negotiating skills are par exellance as well as her calm demeaner which was needed moving from a larger house to a smaller house. She was always there showing my house making sure all the lights were on and talking about positive things about the house. Being a retired realtor, I wanted someone who really cares and is knowledgeable about the whole process. She was the one. I'd highly recommend her.

i was ok with service but she should of tried 10k price reduction not 20k and i might of gotten closer to the initial 319k$ price all in all i did well and i wish her and her family the best
